NYC EVENTS :: PART 2 SPORTS BRA CHALLENGE FOOD SPONSORS // seak foundation, jenny gaither, sports bra, lululemon, soul cycle, bareburger, zico water, red jacket juice, pop chips

In a word, SBC 2012 was AMAZING.

The event was on schedule, the volunteers were friendly and helpful, the participants were excited and the vibe was exciting! Onlookers watched over 100 men and women rocking out to DJ Tyra on their Soul Cycle bikes, holding positions on their lululemon yoga mats or beating the hell out of their mat with Ripstix during the Pound Workout (my personal favorite of the day)!

Insiders were privy to a plethora of goodies and treats from some amazing sponsors:

Red Jacket was handing out 100% fruit juices to participants.

The Bareburger boys who are known to serve organic, all natural, free-range, grass-fed meats; organic and all-natural cheeses; and organic vegetables were there on site filling our bellies with the following:

Bareburger Hummus in Pita Squares!

100% Peanut Oil Fried Bareburger Potato Chips

Refreshing Tomato Gazpacho Shooters by Bareburger in Cucumber Cups (a little hard to take as a shot, BUT seriously delicious and innovative)

And of course their signature- 100% Grass-Fed Beef Bareburger Sliders with Cheddar, Pickles and Sauce!

Baked Pop Chips (Assorted Flavors) were a huge hit! BBQ is still my numero uno!

And then there was this little guy that popped up on the scene outside of the participant area.

The contents of the vending machine were definitely healthier than normal vending machines (i.e. substitute normal chips for baked chips), but I know my nutrition friends wouldn’t really consider this “healthy”… but I guess this is a step in the right direction!

Overall a VERY SUCCESSFUL event full of amazing people and products, thanks to Jenny Gaither and her SEAK Foundation. Check out the event on the entire Sports Bra Challenge here! Looking forward to making it to this event every year!
