Why’s everyone standing in line??
Oh, that’s why…
Sausage. Chiang Mai Sausage.
Popular Favorite: Sai-Oua, which is known by many as Chiangmai Sausage or Herbal Sausage. It’s a little spicy, it has red curry and herbs inside the casing, it’s grilled, it’s pork- enough said.
LML Favorite: Sour Pork. Even though I ordered four different types of sausages: regular, sour, chiangmai, and another one that I don’t know the name of… the sour sausage just won me over. It had that extra kick that I didn’t get from the Chiangmai Sausage… so, even though I really wasn’t into the Chiangmai Sausage, I AM a fan of pork in general… so I definitely think for 20 baht I got my moneys worth.
